JINC and DynaGroup
In 2019 bpostgroup’s Dutch entity DynaGroup agreed a partnership with JINC, an organization whose aim is to introduce 8-16-year-olds from underprivileged backgrounds to the world of work.

Partnership month
DynaGroup and JINC marked partnership month in April 2021 with a series of trainings for third and fourth year students in vocational education. The goal was to prepare them for job interviews, which can oftentimes be a source of stress. Short internships were also organized to introduce the students to everything logistics has to offer and perhaps even arouse their interest in a career in the industry
