At bpost, we train our employees on safety using ‘gamification’: An application sends them two questions per day on issues related to any health and safety matter, to refresh their memory. There is a total of fifty questions, which vary depending on the season. For every correct answer the player wins ten stamps. As well as in Mail Distribution, the Safety Games concept is also now used in our Logistics unit.
